Job summary

Recruitify HR is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a printing company based in Manila. The role requires proficiency in English and the ability to coordinate product knowledge with customer inquiries and delivery expectations.

You will liaise with production, manage inventory, reconcile with the SAP system, and compile data to support timely reporting. Work schedule is Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with room for professional growth and exposure

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English for customer interactions.
• Ability to learn product lines and explain features clearly.
• Experience with inventory concepts and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and recommend new products
• Consistently meet customers' product and delivery requirements
• Liaise with production staff for inventory and quality control
• Manage inventory of finished goods and reconcile to tally with SAP system
• Compile data and prepare reports
