Responsibilities
Operate and maintain high-volume copier, printer, and multi-function machines.
Monitor and manage print queues, supply levels (toner, paper, etc.) and device uptime.
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate service calls with vendors when necessary.
Ensure all machines are properly stocked, cleaned, and functioning properly.
Respond to user inquiries and provide basic training or assistance in using print equipment.
Track and log machine usage data for reporting and billing purposes.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed (e.g., clearing paper jams, replacing consumables).
