Responsibilities

• Configures, prints, loads and operates printing machines and optimizes machine capability.
• Ensures machine works at full capacity, oversees maintenance, and performs quality checks.
• Prints orders for all accounts based on tracking.
• Follows Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Policy in plotting and printing.
• Maximizes plotting process to reduce waste of resources.
• Maintains equipment via preventive maintenance; calibrates before production; troubleshoots malfunctions; calls for repairs; maintains inventories; evaluates new equipment.
• Follows lead time guide to ensure timely delivery.
• Can be assigned to different branches as needed.
• Contributes to team effort by completing related tasks as required.
• Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

1. Responsible of all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, printing, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability.
2. Ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversees its maintenance, and perform timely quality checks.
3. Printing orders for all accounts based on tracking.
4. Follow Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Policy in plotting and printing process.
5. Ensures that the plotting process is maximized to avoid wasting resources.
6. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calibrate the machine before the production begins; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
7. Follows the lead time guide to ensure that orders are delivered on time.
8. Can be assigned to different branches as needed.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.
