Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced graphic designer to lead the design and layout of monthly promotional books, spanning 24–100+ pages, with strict brand consistency. You will gather content, proof art, and prepare print-ready files for high-volume production in a fast-paced environment.

You will automate catalogs using EasyCatalog, InDesign Data Merge, and Zapier, while building Mailchimp newsletters and coordinating with US-based teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional graphic design experience with a strong print production background.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proven experience producing large multi-page catalogs, magazines, or promotional books
• Understanding of print production, including bleeds, color modes, image resolution, and packaging files
• Fluent written and spoken English, and comfortable communicating directly with U.S.-based teams and vendors by email and video call
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially with pricing and product data
• Amenable to working hours that overlap with U.S. Pacific Time business hours, which may include some evening hours in Indonesia, and willing to work remotely

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Promo Book Design and Layout (Primary Focus): Design and lay out multiple monthly promotional books in Adobe InDesign, including the Seasonal Candy Solutions, Retail Solutions, and Foodservice books, ranging from 24 to over 100 pages, for a total of 22 books per year. Maintain consistent templates, brand standards, and page structure month to month
• Content Gathering and Follow-Up: Gather product, pricing, and promotional content from the category management team and vendor partners. Identify missing or incomplete information, such as images, descriptions, pricing, and item details, and follow up to resolve it before deadline
• Proofing and Print Production: Proof pages carefully for accuracy of pricing, item numbers, and product details. Prepare and deliver print-ready files to the in-house print team, which produces 3,500 to 6,000 books per month, and make revisions based on feedback from category managers and the Studio H team
• Workflow Automation: Build and maintain catalog automation for the promo books using EasyCatalog, InDesign Data Merge, and integration tools such as Zapier. Continuously improve production workflows to reduce manual layout time and errors
• Email Newsletters: Build three recurring monthly newsletters in Mailchimp: Fresh Ideas, Popular Products, and Vendor Spotlight. Place vendor-paid content, including feature articles and product blurbs, into newsletter templates, and build each Vendor Spotlight edition around a single vendor's story, brand, and featured products
• Email Production and Testing: Source, size, and optimize images for email. Coordinate with the digital marketing specialist on copy review and editing, test emails across devices and email clients before sending, and manage audience lists
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Communicate regularly with the Studio H team on project status, deadlines, and blockers. Track deliverables and deadlines for each book and newsletter cycle
• Additional Design Projects: As time allows, support additional design projects for the marketing team

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with food, grocery, retail, or CPG marketing is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation and integration tools is an advantage
• Experience working remotely with international teams is an advantage
• Experience with EasyCatalog and InDesign Data Merge, with examples of data-driven catalog layouts
• Hands‑on experience with Mailchimp or comparable email platforms
