iSupport Worldwide is seeking a results‑driven Social Media Manager to own and optimize content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will craft posts, carousels, and short videos in Canva, maintain brand templates, and write professional captions and articles from leadership notes and project updates.

• Strong written English for business communication.

• Comfortable reading platform analytics and turning data into simple insights.
• Consistent, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a habit of testing ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Amenable to night shift and onsite work.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Calendar and Publishing: Maintain a monthly content calendar approved by leadership. Schedule and publish posts consistently across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, balancing project highlights, industry insights, and leadership updates
• Content Creation: Create posts, carousels, and short videos using Canva and simple editing tools. Use and maintain brand templates so every post looks consistent with Collaborative Red's style
• Copywriting: Write clear, professional captions, short articles, and blog posts from leadership notes, project updates, and research. Adapt drafts for each platform and revise based on feedback
• Email Marketing: Build and send Mailchimp campaigns, including the weekly email that repurposes social content. Keep contact lists clean and organized
• Engagement and Community: Respond to comments and messages on company and leadership pages. Engage daily with relevant posts, groups, and connections on LinkedIn to grow reach and credibility
• Testing and Improvement: Try new formats, posting times, and topics each week. Track what performs and apply the lessons to the next round of content
• Reporting: Prepare a simple weekly report on posts published, engagement, follower growth, and email results, with one or two recommendations for the following week
• Content Support: Assist leadership with research for thought leadership pieces, podcast and media opportunities, and occasional downloadable content such as short guides or reports

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, including work for a business or brand page
• Strong written English with the ability to write in a professional tone for a business audience
• Hands‑on experience creating content in Canva or similar design tools
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including page management and post scheduling
• Basic experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform
• Comfortable reading platform analytics and turning them into simple insights
• Consistent, self‑motivated, and eager to learn, with a habit of testing ideas and improving daily
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Amenable to working the night shift and willing to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling social media for real estate, consulting, professional services, or B2B brands is an advantage
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus; training can be provided
• Basic video editing skills for short‑form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) is an advantage
• Experience with blogging or a content management system such as WordPress is a plus
