Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience supporting or leading teams.
• Experience leading newly established or fast-paced teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to grammar, accuracy, and detail.
• Desirable: experience in the newspaper industry.
• Desirable: familiarity with print fulfilment systems.
• Desirable: Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Desirable: experience working with Australian teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily end-to-end print process and oversee delegated mastheads.
• Ensure team adherence to established processes and quality standards.
• Deliver training and strengthen team capability as required.
• Support and guide individuals in contributing to a high-performing team.
