Responsibilities

• Prepare and optimize layouts for print mastheads.
• Plan and paginate classified sections per publishing standards.
• Obtain editorial approvals and final reviews of print materials.
• Coordinate distribution of print-ready pages to national press locations.
• Ensure timely delivery of publication files and meet deadlines.
• Finalize print materials according to schedule and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize client value across print delivery operations.
• Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate production issues and risks when required.
• Understand business priorities and ensure compliance with guidelines and targets.
