Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a senior civil engineer to lead delivery of major roads and transport design projects. You will mentor bridges and civil structures teams, coordinate resources, and interface with regional offices to align with forecasts.

The role requires deep knowledge of civil engineering design, construction processes, and global design standards. You will drive quality and contribute to business opportunities while maintaining high performance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent with licensing preferred.
• 15+ years in a consultancy environment delivering road and civil design projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and design alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and project delivery for high quality civil design and drafting of roads and transport projects.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to bridges and civil structures teams.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and manage resources to meet forecasts.
• Act as Project Engineer/PM when required by project size or management request.
• Ensure design standards and quality procedures are followed.
