Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with 4-7 years of highway design experience to join our civil team on landmark projects in the Philippines. You will coordinate across disciplines, develop quality design documentation, and ensure drawings meet design standards and timelines.

The role requires proficiency in Civil 3D, 12D, Open Roads or MX, plus AutoCAD and MS Office, with a strong focus on safety in design and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (professional licensure required).
• 4–7 years relevant work experience in civil/highway design.
• Experience with geometric design of highways using Civil 3D, 12D, Open Roads or MX.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of road and civil design standards and safety in design.
• Attention to detail and clear documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible to meet project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete civil engineering design requirements.
• Coordinate efforts between disciplines and with Project Team Lead or Project Manager.
• Develop quality design documentation under supervision of senior civil engineer or designer.
• Accountable for projects including planning, analysis, design and production of drawings.
• Keeps abreast of new developments and methods relevant to area of expertise.
• Adhere to Design Standards and Design Quality Procedures.
• Support group objectives and company policies.
• Perform tasks assigned by Discipline Lead/Transport Team Manager/Regional Team Executive.
