Key responsibilities

• Team leadership with excellent interpersonal skills and people-centric approach to understand employee needs and manage employee expectations

• Requirement Gathering and Business Blue Printing in SAP EWM

• Decision‑making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management for task execution

• Allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring the team has necessary tools and support to succeed

• Optimizing and evaluating team performance to meet organizational goals

• Managing SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes

About you

• Overall 8+ years of SAP experience with minimum of 3+ years in SAP Extended Warehouse Management

• Worked on at least 2 full life cycle implementations in SAP EWM

• Experience in Requirement Gathering and Business Blue Printing in SAP EWM

• Expertise in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design

• Sound knowledge in SAP ERP modules such as SD/MM/WM

• Strong exposure of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes

• Experience in creation of Master Data including Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units

• Sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM and system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM

• Proficient in implementing Labour Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM

• Proficient experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)

• Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree

• Self‑motivator and result oriented to complete tasks as per timelines

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Good communication skills to coordinate and resolve queries of both external and internal customers
