Harness is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead cross‑platform initiatives from our hybrid Bengaluru office. You will drive complex projects, shape architecture, and mentor engineers across geographies.

The role requires 12+ years of software development, deep distributed-systems expertise, and hands-on experience with Java or Golang. You’ll work with senior leadership to align delivery with strategic goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

12+ years of professional software development experience.
Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
Deep hands-on technical expertise in modern software delivery and distributed systems.
Demonstrable experience in advanced Java, Golang, or comparable languages.

Responsibilities
