You will lead the development of scalable, real-time personalization systems, mentor senior data scientists, and partner with product and engineering leaders to shape long-term AI strategy for a high-impact viewer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale personalization or search systems.
• Experience translating research into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong background in representation learning and sequential modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define personalization vision across Search, Recommendations, Homepage, Ads, and Notifications.
• Architect scalable, real-time personalization systems with state-of-the-art ML techniques.
• Solve cold-start and real-time recommendation challenges at massive scale.
• Build platforms: representations, feature stores, and real-time inference services.
• Mentor senior data scientists and influence cross-functional teams.
