Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a senior Principal AI/ML practitioner for AWS ProServe ASEAN to advise enterprise customers on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML, shaping cloud transformation strategies on AWS.

You will lead large-scale engagements, mentor teams, and drive delivery while ensuring governance, scalability, and measurable business outcomes across industries in ASEAN.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• 3+ years working in ASEAN region, with travel to customer sites as needed for pre-sales and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise customer technologists and business leaders on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning to design scalable AI solutions on AWS.
• Lead executive and technical workshops with customers to identify transformation opportunities and define how AI/ML can accelerate business outcomes.
• Drive large and complex customer engagements across pre-sales and delivery from ideation to architecture design, scoping, execution, and delivery outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight across customer engagements to ensure alignment on scope, architecture, deliverables, timelines, risks, and business outcomes.
• Mentor consultants and delivery teams by promoting AWS best practices and high standards of technical delivery.
