Job summary

J and S Clean Current Inc. seeks a Primary Design Engineer to develop HV substation designs from 34.5kV to 500kV, including grounding and protection layouts. You will create plans, sections, and BOMs, and provide on-site or client support as needed.

Requires 2–5+ years in HV substation design, Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and strong AutoCAD skills. ETAP/CDEGS experience is a plus; on-site work in Pasig area may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 5+ years in high-voltage substation design; fresh graduates welcome.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with calculation software like CDEGS or ETAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Calculate grounding grids, lightning protection, short circuit and voltage drop.
• Produce general arrangement plan, section details, grounding system, lightning protection system, cable trenches, cable conduit, single line diagram, load schedule and materials list.
• Provide technical support to the client.
• Conduct site visits outside NCR.
