Job summary

The role requires an MD with an active PRC license and PhilHealth accreditation, with a preference for community health or LGU-based experience, strong communication, and IT familiarity to advance digital health initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD degree with active PRC license.
• Experience in community health or LGU-based practice preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or digital health solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and promote rational drug use.
• Promote preventive care and health education.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Coordinate with specialists for referrals.
• Support teleconsultation services where applicable.
• Oversee facility operations, including staff scheduling and workflow.
• Supervise healthcare staff and ensure compliance with PhilHealth policies.
• Monitor performance, patient volume, and service quality.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and reporting.
• Represent the facility in meetings and external engagements.
• Submit regular reports on clinical and operational performance.
