The role requires 7+ years in actuarial work, an SOA Associate or near-Fellow, strong communication with actuarial heads and non-actuarial stakeholders, and leadership of a pricing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive actuarial experience with project management exposure.
• Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) or equivalent; near Fellow.
• Strong ability to present actuarial results to heads and non-actuarial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial portion of product development and management projects and ensure pricing model accuracy.
• Review documents for product/reinsurance filings and approvals.
• May lead negotiations for simple reinsurance arrangements.
• Communicate pricing results and management matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end timely completion of actuarial requirements for product development and management.
• Fulfill audit and control requirements and report project progress.
• Review and approve ad hoc task results; lead pricing strategic initiatives.
• Handle simple demands from different channels.
• Manage overall team performance to meet KPIs; coach the Pricing Team.
