Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a Product Actuary/Pricing Professional to support pricing, modelling, product development and management. You will lead pricing initiatives, review documentation for product and reinsurance filings, and communicate results to actuarial heads and other stakeholders.

Additionally, you will manage end-to-end product development, supervise the pricing team, and mentor staff to ensure accuracy and financial viability of insurance products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math/Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years progressive experience in actuarial field.
• Associate of Society of Actuaries or equivalent; near Fellow.
• Expertise in applied actuarial knowledge and insurance operations.
• Ability to communicate actuarial results to heads and non-actuarial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing/financial portion of product development and management projects.
• Review documents for product/reinsurance filing and approval.
• May lead negotiations for simple reinsurance arrangements.
• Communicate pricing results and product development matters with stakeholders.
