Job summary

2GO Group in Metro Manila is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy for EXP products, using market insights and financial modeling to optimize revenue and profitability. You will work with Sales, Operations, Finance, Vendor Management, and other stakeholders to implement commercial pricing solutions and maintain rate setups that align with business direction.

The role emphasizes governance, dashboards, continuous improvement, and building pricing capabilities across teams through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics or related discipline.
At least 3 years of pricing management experience, preferably in logistics/express sector.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; detail-oriented with good documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop dynamic pricing models tailored to customer profiles and market segments.
Evaluate pricing feasibility, profitability, and revenue opportunities via financial modeling and simulations.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Vendor Management to implement pricing solutions.
Develop and maintain pricing dashboards to track performance and KPIs.
Lead pricing governance, customer profile and rate setup, and issue resolution.
