TDCX is seeking a Manager of Pricing & Revenue Intelligence in the Philippines to shape global pricing strategy and support revenue forecasting initiatives. You will oversee the global sales pipeline, analyze financial trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions aligned with growth goals.

The role requires extensive experience in pricing, forecasting, and financial strategy, with strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in pricing, revenue management, or financial strategy in BPO or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop strategic pricing models and perform pipeline analyses.
• Strong analytical skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, able to present data to executives.
• Proficient with Excel, CRM, Salesforce, Power BI; data visualization skills a plus.
• Thrives in a collaborative, global, fast-paced environment.
