Job summary

Creathink Solutions is seeking a Pricing Specialist to manage pricing for ad-hoc accounts from a home-based setup in Manila. Under routine supervision, you will maximize profitability and efficiently use company assets, creating smaller proposals independently as you gain confidence.

You will collaborate with Dispatch, Management and Operations, monitor market rates, generate regular pricing reports, and support team members as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant transportation logistics, pricing, or finance experience.
• Understanding of market trends and pricing strategies in the transportation logistics industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in transportation logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English language (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Determine pricing consistently with company objectives as it relates to market rate and customer objectives
• Consult with Dispatch, Management and Operations teams to understand customer requirements, objectives related to pricing needs and market intelligence, as needed
• Responsible for determining pricing (e.g., spot market rates) by utilizing company systems and third party software based on current market needs
• Provide regular pricing reports and analysis to management
• Support other team members, as needed
