Job summary

hammerjack is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst in the Philippines to ensure pricing data accuracy across systems. You will review orders, resolve pricing and data issues, and support reporting to help teams make informed decisions with reliable pricing information.

The role involves maintaining pricing accuracy, investigating EDI issues, and preparing weekly Power BI reports for stakeholders, with hybrid work 1–2x weekly onsite in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or commercial support.
• Strong analytical skills with data patterns and discrepancies.
• Experience using ERP systems, CRM platforms, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of pricing concepts, commercial processes, and market analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share insights and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Keep Orders Moving: Review order status and complete actions for timely release.
• Fix EDI Errors: Investigate and resolve Electronic Data Interchange issues.
• Maintain Pricing Accuracy: Identify missing pricing information and update records.
• Check Price Overrides: Review manual price overrides and investigate zero-value orders.
• Clean Up Shipment Details: Review and update shipment information.
• Manage Proformas: Create, update, and adjust Proforma documents.
• Support Customer Mapping: Maintain accurate customer mapping details.
• Investigate Pricing Credits: Review pricing credits and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer Data Queries: Clarify internal questions on item codes, units of measure, and accounts.
• Own Weekly Reporting: Prepare Power BI Quality of Service reports and weekly forecast matrix.

Make pricing clean, accurate, and business-ready. We're looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies, and keeping pricing processes running smoothly. If you're organised, analytical, and confident working across reports, systems, and stakeholders, you'll fit right in.

Work Setup: Hybrid 1-2x a week onsite; to be revisited upon regularisation.

Role Overview

As our Pricing Analyst, you'll help keep pricing information accurate, complete, and up to date across key business systems. You'll review orders, resolve pricing and data issues, support reporting, and help teams make informed decisions with reliable pricing information.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep Orders Moving: Review order status and make sure required actions are completed for timely release.

• Fix EDI Errors: Investigate and resolve Electronic Data Interchange issues so pricing and mapping data flow accurately.

• Maintain Pricing Accuracy: Identify missing pricing information across PERTESS and GGPERTESS and update records with care.

• Check Price Overrides: Review manual price overrides and investigate zero-value orders to catch errors early.

• Clean Up Shipment Details: Review missing or incomplete shipment information and make the necessary updates.

• Manage Proformas: Create, update, and adjust Proforma documents based on commercial and customer requests.

• Support Customer Mapping: Maintain accurate customer mapping details to keep business processes efficient.

• Investigate Pricing Credits: Review pricing credits, identify discrepancies, and help resolve issues promptly.

• Answer Data Queries: Clarify internal questions relating to item codes, units of measure, and account details.

• Own Weekly Reporting: Prepare Power BI Quality of Service reports, distribute weekly custom files, submit customer updates, and keep the weekly forecast matrix current.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant qualification in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years' experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or commercial support.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies in complex data.

• Confidence using ERP systems, CRM platforms, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

• Understanding of pricing concepts, commercial processes, and market analysis.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and stakeholders.
