Job summary

PHILIPPINE-JAPAN ACTIVE CARBON CORPORATION in Davao City is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive maintenance for machinery, equipment and facilities and to minimize downtime. You will supervise a team of technicians and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with production and engineering to align schedules.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, PM systems knowledge, and the ability to read manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• 1–3 years in maintenance leadership or supervision.
• Education as specified; engineering degree or Tech cert.
• Familiarity with PM systems and asset management.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability.
• Supervise maintenance technicians ensuring safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and support teams.
• Provide training and develop team skills.
• Support equipment installation, upgrades, and efficiency projects.
