- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Own maintenance planning, scheduling, and breakdown elimination processes.
- Drive equipment reliability and maintenance cost optimization.
- Participate in loss elimination and problem-solving initiatives.
- Manage maintenance backlog, work orders, and planned downtime execution.
- Ensure availability of technical documentation and spare parts.
- Develop maintenance standards and improvement plans.
- Coach and develop technical capabilities of team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
