Job summary

Qualifications

• Category: Education: Technical Vocational Diploma or College Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology.
• Certification: TESDA NC II/III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance, RAC/HVAC preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in facilities management or equipment maintenance in food service, restaurants, hotels, or retail.
• Technical knowledge: Refrigeration systems, LPG/gas lines, deep fryers, three‑phase power, grease trap systems.
• Local knowledge: Familiarity with BGC building policies and safety protocols is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine preventive maintenance for commercial kitchen equipment (heavy-duty fryers, ovens, chillers, ice machines, exhaust hoods, fire suppression).
• Inspect and service HVAC/ventilation, grease traps, and plumbing to prevent blockages or failures.
• Conduct electrical checks (circuits, lighting, generator/UPS) for safety compliance.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major overhauls or warranty work; inspect deliverables before sign-off.
• Maintain digital logs of maintenance activities, parts, and utility usage; manage spare parts inventory.
