Job summary

Refactor. is seeking a Premium Client Manager to look after and grow relationships with premium clients across Emerging Markets.

You’ll inherit an established portfolio, build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to grow those accounts, while also expanding your own network and bringing new clients into the business. Think relationship management first, business development second, and collaborate with market analysts and trading experts to deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in financial services, trading, brokerage, wealth or related premium environments.
• Mandarin fluency is essential; Cantonese preferred for Hong Kong and Emerging Markets.
• Experience with CFDs, derivatives, margin trading or brokerage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of premium and high-net-worth clients.
• Develop deeper relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
• Build your pipeline of prospective high-value clients.
• Meeting clients face-to-face and attending premium client events.
• Connect clients with analysts and market experts.
• Support live market dealing and trade execution following training.
• Keep client activity and commercial agreements properly documented.
