Qualifications

• 1 year+ of insurance sales experience
• Experience in client services, financial advisory or relationship management within banking, insurance or financial services
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, investment instruments and financial planning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to explain complex financial concepts
• This role involves regular communication with clients and stakeholders in China, explaining products in their language
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple client accounts

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalised service
• Provide comprehensive financial advisory services tailored to individual client needs
• Assess client financial situations and recommend insurance and financial products
• Manage client portfolios and ensure product performance and suitability
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare detailed financial plans and proposals based on client requirements
• Conduct regular client reviews to align with financial objectives
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities while maintaining a client-centric approach
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and positive client experience
