Job summary

Assist World seeks a technically skilled VA to build the client's digital foundation from scratch, focusing on a clean, premium Shopify-based website and integrated sales funnels.

The role is project-based initially (2 months) with part-time hours (10 hrs/week) and potential to scale during launch, requiring UK-time overlap and independent work. Ongoing social media/ads are handled separately.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years as a tech VA, OBM, or digital setup specialist.
• Hands-on Shopify experience (builds, pages, checkout, and sales funnels).
• Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel or similar CRM/funnel platforms.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace setup and administration.
• Experience with domain management, DNS settings, and email configuration.
• Highly independent — can take a brief and execute without constant check-ins.
• Experience supporting solo entrepreneurs or startups.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch a premium personal brand website, preferably on Shopify.
• Set up pages for courses and programs; ensure polished aesthetic.
• Integrate sales and checkout for courses/products.
• Create a new Google Workspace account and professional emails.
• Migrate from existing email and manage domain redirects.
• Set up sales funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel or Shopify.
• Configure paid discovery call flow and lead magnets.
• Document setups clearly and enable client handover.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during setup.
