HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager for Cebu to manage a portfolio of high-value clients and deliver tailored wealth guidance. You will cross-sell HSBC products, build trusted advisor relationships, and drive revenue while upholding strict compliance and service standards.

In this client-facing role, you’ll coordinate with branch and direct teams to meet KPIs, identify opportunities for wealth reviews, and upgrade clients by introducing appropriate wealth management

Qualifications

• Three years of proven and progressive financial services or retail sales experience.
• Proven sales results in insurance and investment products.
• Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong English and local language communication.
• Knowledge of wealth management products and services.
• Licenses and accreditations for wealth management as required by country.

Responsabilités

• Maintain portfolios of Premier clients and manage cross-selling opportunities.
• Acquire new HSBC clients and upgrade existing ones.
• Deliver high standards of service and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with branch and direct teams to meet KPIs.
• Refer non-qualified business to appropriate wealth advisers.
