HSBC Philippines is seeking a Premier Relationship Officer to support Premier RMs in maintaining profitable client relationships and achieving targets through superior service and attention.

You will proactively contact clients, ensure service standards, handle account administration, and help identify suitable investment opportunities while adhering to regulatory and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact all portfolio clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

• Provide excellent account handling and administrative support.
• Handle difficult client situations, escalating where appropriate and proposing solutions.
• Ensure client transactions meet compliance, audit, and sales quality standards.
• Explain products and risk assessments to assist client investment decisions and generate referrals.
