Job summary

HSBC is actively seeking a Premier Relationship Officer in the Philippines to support Premier clients and assist Premier Relationship Managers in delivering superior banking solutions. The role focuses on servicing high-value clients, facilitating cross-sales, and maintaining robust client relationships.

You will act as a contact point in the absence of PRMs, provide lending support when required, and help sustain the growth of Premier portfolios with strong product knowledge and compliance

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with strong decision making and ability to deliver.
• Minimum of two years working in financial services industry.
• Previous experience in Retail/Premier sales preferred.
• Understanding of core products, Premier proposition, and familiar with retail and wealth product processes.
• Understanding of relationship management systems (CRMS).
• Knowledge of local regulatory governance and HSBC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality support to Premier clients, handling banking requirements and arranging PRM appointments.
• Reduce PRM time on processes by handling routine tasks and data input.
• Manage client communications and resolve enquiries, guiding to appropriate channels.
• Liaise with support functions to follow through client purchase processes.
