Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Premier Relationship Officer to deliver exceptional service to Premier clients and support Premier Relationship Managers. The role emphasizes customer-centric banking, accurate documentation, and effective collaboration across branches and support channels.

The candidate will handle client inquiries, assist in portfolio management, and contribute to achieving sales and service targets through proactive engagement and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with strong decision making and ability to deliver.
• Minimum of two years working in financial services industry.
• Understanding of core products, Premier proposition, and familiar with retail and wealth product processes.
• Undesrtanding of relationship management systems (CRMS).
• Solid knowledge of appropriate branch operational procedures.
• Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations.
• Able to deliver the client experience and needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality support to the Premier clients, mainly focused on servicing their banking requirements and arranging appointments for PRMs.
• Reduce the time spent on processes and administrative tasks by PRM to increase capacity.
• Manage client contacts and service, including handling calls and inquiries and handing off to the right channels.
• Provide sales support to PRMs, including preparing bank documents, data input, and report generation.
