Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (Premier, Wealth) to service high-net-worth clients in the Philippines, with the RM Express 1-Day Hiring program. You will build trusted relationships, cross-sell wealth products, and deliver exceptional service within HSBC's global wealth framework.

You will manage a portfolio, meet KPIs, collaborate with branch teams and internal partners, and uphold regulatory and risk controls while driving client value and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
• Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
• Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills in English and local languages.
• Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills.
• Sound knowledge of financial services products and the client relationship management system.
• Licensing/ accreditation in wealth management as required by country.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent understanding of client needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and achieve closure of sales.
• Achieve agreed financial KPIs by development of existing and new relationships.
• Build effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships.
• Through disciplined portfolio management, develop strategies to increase wallet share and manage a prospect pipeline.
• Ensure consistent excellent, personalised service for Premier clients and drive process improvements.
• Maintain awareness of products and services to maximise revenues for Global Wealth.
• Work with branch management to meet standards and deliver operating models.
