Role Description

The Premier Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, focused on marketing and selling Ayala Land Premier properties to high-net-worth and aspiring affluent clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting project features and investment benefits, conducting property viewings, and providing end-to-end client assistance throughout the sales process. The role involves preparing sales proposals and documentation, coordinating with internal teams on inventory, pricing, and marketing materials, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The Premier Property Specialist is expected to build long-term relationships with clients, stay updated on market trends and competitive developments, and represent Ayala Land Premier with professionalism at events, open houses, and client meetings. Performance targets and continuous learning are integral parts of the role, with support from experienced leaders and structured training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities for client-facing interactions.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-centric mindset, responsiveness, and the ability to manage inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, including basic investment concepts, property valuation, and market dynamics, is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of Residential Real Estate, particularly premium and luxury developments, with the ability to articulate lifestyle and investment value.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing techniques, and commitment to achieving performance targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in real estate or high-value sales is an advantage.
