Myvan Holdings Inc. is seeking a Surveyor to perform precise measurements and assessments at construction sites, ensuring alignment with architectural and engineering plans.

You will use surveying instruments and CAD tools to support accurate boundary marking and data transfer. The role requires experience in land and building surveys, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and construction managers.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a surveyor, ideally in construction.
• Proficiency with surveying instruments and CAD software.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing and has ability to work in various outdoor conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct land and building surveys using total stations, GPS systems, and levels.
• Establish and mark site boundaries and reference points for construction activities.
• Interpret plans and transfer design data to the site.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure survey accuracy.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with plans and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, maps, reports, and survey data.
• Perform topographical and as-built surveys.
• Verify elevation, alignment, and position of structures during and after construction.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations related to surveying and construction.
