Job summary

BizLink Speedy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC inspector to join our electronics manufacturing team in the Philippines.

You will perform in-process and outgoing inspections, maintain accurate records in MES/SAP, interpret technical drawings, and support corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

The role requires teamwork, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime when required.

Qualifications

Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or related field required.
2+ years QA/QC experience in electronics manufacturing/EMS preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Familiarity with MES, SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness.
Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process and outgoing inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Maintain accurate inspection records across MES, SAP, and spreadsheets for traceability and compliance.
Identify, record, and upscale quality issues and non-conformances; support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Assist in preparing and revising inspection checklists and documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
