Job summary

Atlas Propulsion Philippines Inc. is seeking a practical Process Engineer to develop and qualify manufacturing processes for precision propulsion products. You will own work instructions, tooling readiness, production flow, process controls, and continuous improvement from prototype builds through production ramp.

You will lead cross-functional teams and implement design-for-manufacturing improvements, drive OEE, reduce waste, and ensure production readiness for high-quality propulsion systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of process, manufacturing, industrial, or production engineering experience in electromechanical, automotive, aerospace, robotics, electronics, motors, or machining.
• Hands-on experience with work instructions, process flows, BOM/routings, fixtures, line layouts, control plans, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Translate designs, BOMs, drawings, and specs into build sequences, routings, process parameters, and production readiness plans.
• Lead prototype builds, pilot runs, and ramp-up learnings; close process gaps before release to production.
• Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production to make designs manufacturable and repeatable.
• Specify, design, qualify, and improve fixtures, jigs, assembly aids, gauges, test stands, tools, and production equipment.
• Support calibration, preventive maintenance inputs, spare parts readiness, and equipment operating standards.
