Qualifications

• Must have at least a vocational Diploma in Electronics or BS in Industrial Technology major in Electronics.
• Soldering experience is an advantage (1+ years).
• Strong soldering concepts for PCB and SMT/Through-Hole components.
• Good manual dexterity for assembly and soldering operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly reports to the Rework Supervisor.
• Ensure boards are reworked with specified soldering methods.
• Use proper tools and equipment for rework processes.
• Interpret rework soldering Engineering Change Orders from databases.
• Collaborate with the team on rework and soldering tasks.
• Meet group and personal production goals and deliverables.
• Conduct in-process, incoming or outgoing inspections.
