Qualifications

• Must have a vocational diploma in Electronics or related field
• Soldering experience is advantageous (≥1 year)
• Strong soldering concepts for PCB, SMT and Through-Hole components
• Good manual dexterity for mechanical assembly and soldering
• Experience with machine operations and ESD handling
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and able to navigate internet-based programs
• Ability to multi-task in a LEAN production environment
• Proficient in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Directly reports to the Rework Supervisor.
• Ensures circuit boards are reworked with specified soldering types.
• Uses proper tools and equipment for rework processes.
• Interprets rework soldering EC Orders via related databases.
• Collaborates with team on rework and soldering processes.
• Meets groups and personal operational goals and deliverables.
• Performs in-process, incoming or outgoing inspections.
