You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply paints, inspect work, and coordinate with supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and paint application.
• Able to use basic painting tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform painting work for extended periods.
• Willing to work on-site and follow assigned schedules.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, repainting, touch-up, and finishing works as assigned.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and applying primers.
• Mix and apply paints, coatings, and other finishing materials properly.
• Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality paint application.
• Inspect completed work and perform necessary touch-ups or corrections.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
• Handle painting tools, equipment, and materials safely and properly.
• Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete projects on time.
• Report any material, equipment, or work-related issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
