Qualifications

• Education requirement: 2 years of mechanical engineering studies or related vocational/technical course.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with lathe turning, roll grinding and fluting.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Operates machine shop equipment to fabricate and repair spare parts according to precise specifications.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handles raw material unloading operations and coordinates with the foreman for safety and timing.
• Maintains accurate records and ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO standards.
• Supports other departments as needed and maintains good housekeeping.
