VJF PRECISION TOOLINGS CORP. in the Philippines seeks a skilled machinist to operate Milling, Surface Grinding, Turning and EDM machines, ensuring dimensional conformance and quality. You will read blueprints, select tools, perform measurements, and address production issues on the shop floor.

The role requires accurate execution of work instructions and adherence to standard procedures to meet production timelines while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace.

Formación

• Operate Milling, Surface Grinding, Turning and EDM within tolerances.
• Able to follow work instructions and SOPs precisely.
• Deliver workload within timeframes while maintaining quality.
• Ensure machine and work area cleanliness at all times.
• Conduct quality checks based on dimensional conformance.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and symbols.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues.

Responsabilidades

• To operate all conventional machinessuch as Milling, Surface Grinding, Turning, and EDM.
• To perform operation base on work instruction and standard operation procedures.
• To deliver workload within less than the required time with quality standard.
• To ensure cleanliness of assigned machine and work area.
• To conduct quality checks on items base on dimensional conformance.
