You will review records for accuracy, correct data errors, upload documents, verify details, and document call outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or healthcare-related work.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
