Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare check/cash vouchers and BIR Form 2307
• Assist with financial reports and bank reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding receivables and cash flow
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies
