Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work on shifting schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel; HIS knowledge is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Collects payment by cash, cheque, credit card, or debit and prepares change.
• Issues receipts, refunds or change due to clients.
• Posts receipts to the correct accounts and balances cash daily.
• Performs daily balancing and reconciliations of cash office accounts.
• Maintains control of cash and check receipts and prepares daily bank deposits.
• Handles payment-related queries and monitors checkout cash availability.
• Reports discrepancies to superiors and handles promissory note processes as needed.
• Performs basic administrative duties as assigned.
