Job summary

360Global Inc. is seeking a Drafting Designer in Makati to create 2D layouts and 3D models of concrete structures. The role requires collaboration with the structural engineer on calculations and the production of general arrangements and BOMs.

The candidate will participate in 3D model reviews, adjust drawings per feedback from the Checker and Lead Designer, and ensure compliance with company and client drafting standards.

Qualifications

• Autocad, ProConcrete, including use of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the relevant project standards, specifications, and building codes depending on the project and location.

Responsibilities

• Creates the 2D layout of the concrete structure in the worksheets.
• Creates the 3D model of the concrete structure.
• Coordinates with the structural engineer on the engineering calculations.
• Creates the 2D general arrangement of the concrete structures using the 3D model.
• Creates the concrete Bill of Materials.
• Participates in the 3D model reviews of the structure.
• Make drawing adjustments from comments by the Checker and Lead Designer.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company or client drafting standards.
