Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to hire a PDC Specialist based in the Philippines. The role focuses on improving patient journeys, conversion, and clinic performance through strategic advisory and customised growth plans.

The successful candidate will audit clinics, identify gaps, and deliver training to counsellors, optometrists, and call centre teams; align programmes with growth strategies and support implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years healthcare or clinic management experience.
• Experience in practice development, sales enablement or customer journey improvement.
• Proven training or coaching experience for frontline teams and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured audits of patient journeys, lead conversion, and clinic workflows.
• Develop growth plans with KPIs and act as strategic advisor for long-term clinic growth.
• Identify gaps in lead management, counselling, and patient experience; deliver training.
