You will develop briefs, provide market insights, coordinate with internal teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure materials meet quality standards. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required, and hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Digital, Public Relations, or related field.
• Extensive experience handling multinational brands/clients is a plus.
• Hybrid work setup experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency is looking for an PR Accounts Executive to join the team.

As an PR Account Executive you will work closely with the account managers, creative team (designers and copywriters), digital media team (social media) to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop briefs by understanding and interpreting client needs effectively.
• Provide relevant market information and insights to address client briefs accurately.
• Organize and actively participate in brainstorming sessions, taking effective notes to capture ideas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure processes run smoothly and stay on schedule.
• Undertake tasks necessary for each project, such as sourcing, contacting third parties, obtaining quotations, and briefing facilities, under senior account leaders' supervision.
• Prepare client materials, including samples, visuals, costs, and other necessary details, for discussion with the Account Manager or Account Director.
• Assist Account Managers in creating comprehensive budgets and timelines at the project's start.
• Review and ensure the quality of materials produced by the team, identifying and correcting errors or omissions.
• Maintain regular communication with Account Managers/Account Directors regarding project status.
• Support Account Managers/Account Directors in executing and monitoring projects to ensure smooth and flawless processes.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and diligence in following up on assigned tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Digital, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: Extensive experience handling multinational brands/clients is a plus.
• Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in communications or a related field, with industry experience preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver ideas effectively.
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated team player.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to new challenges.
