Job summary

Dermesse Inc. is seeking an experienced PPIC Manager to lead production planning and inventory control across RM, PM, and FG. You will align inventory with sales projections and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Industrial Engineering, is a Certified Industrial Engineer, and brings at least ten years in PPIC plus five years in a managerial role, with strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• BS Industrial Engineering degree required.
• Certified Industrial Engineer.
• At least ten years experience in Plant PPIC.
• Five years as a Manager, preferably from similar industry.
• ISO 9001:2000 exposure.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Good communication skills (both oral and written).
• Can relate to all levels in the organization.

• Manage Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
• Manage warehouse inventory versus customer requirements based on sales projection.

About the role

Oversee and ensure management objectives in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), including Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM) and Finished Goods (FG). Manage warehouse inventory versus customer requirements based on sales projection and maintain a workable inventory level of all products, materials and finished goods in consideration with Quality Management System.

About you

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
• Certified Industrial Engineer
• At least ten (10) years experience in Plant PPIC

• Knowledgeable in MRP, SAP and MS Office
• ISO 9001:2000 exposure
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Can relate to all levels in the organization
