Job summary

Eureka Electric Appliances Philippines Corp. is seeking a PPIC Assistant (Production, Warehouse & Inventory) to manage spare parts and packaging materials inventory.

You will handle receiving, verification, documentation, and stock movements while aligning with production requirements and company procedures. Responsibilities include supervising PPIC staff, coordinating with QC and Purchasing, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or production planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and verification of materials, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Maintain updated inventory records (stock IN/OUT, returns, defective items).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with QC and Purchasing for issues.
• Prepare and maintain inventory, requisition, and operational reports.
• Conduct inventory audits, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution with Accounting.
• Manage issuance and receiving of spare parts with proper documentation.
• Supervise PPIC staff, assign tasks, and provide training and guidance.

About the role

The PPIC Assistant (Production, Warehouse & Inventory) is responsible for managing inventory of spare parts and packaging materials, including receiving, verification, documentation, and monitoring stock movements. This role ensures accurate inventory records, supports reconciliation with Accounting, supervises PPIC staff, and maintains alignment with company procedures and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and verification of materials, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality
• Maintain updated inventory records (stock IN/OUT, returns, defective items)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with QC and Purchasing for issues
• Prepare and maintain inventory, requisition, and operational reports
• Conduct inventory audits, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution with Accounting
• Manage issuance and receiving of spare parts with proper documentation
• Supervise PPIC staff, assign tasks, and provide training and guidance
• Ensure proper organization and safekeeping of all inventory documents
• Serve as point of contact for inventory reporting and coordination with Accounting
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the PPIC Supervisor

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or production planning
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory systems
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS (e.g., Acumatica) is an advantage

• Willing to conduct physical inventory and support cross-functional operations
