LRI Chroma Asia Inc in Laguna is seeking a PPIC Supervisor to oversee planning, scheduling, and inventory control, ensuring production targets are met while optimizing materials, manpower, and equipment use.
The role requires 3–5 years in production planning and inventory control with 1–2 years in supervision; proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills; and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
The PPIC Supervisor oversees the planning, scheduling, and inventory control activities to ensure timely and efficient production. This role ensures that materials, manpower, and equipment are utilized effectively to meet production targets, maintain optimal inventory levels, and satisfy customer requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor production plans based on sales forecasts, orders, and capacity.
Supervise and guide the PPIC team in daily planning and inventory control tasks.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory levels; initiate replenishment orders when needed.
Review and analyze production performance against schedules and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain and update ERP/inventory systems to ensure accurate data and reports.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports to management.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Train and mentor PPIC staff to enhance skills and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of ERP or MRP systems is an advantage.
